For the first time in the United States, the California authorities banned stealth, the removal of a condom during sex without the consent of a partner. This is reported by AP. Now stealth is defined as a violent act of a sexualized nature, and victims can demand moral compensation. At the same time, the law does not yet provide for criminal liability.
“This is the first such law in the country, but I urge other states to follow California’s example and make it clear that stealth is not only immoral but illegal,” said Democratic MP Christina Garcia, who spearheaded the law.
In addition, the governor of the state Gavin Newsom approved the second bill of Garcia, according to which marital rape is recognized as a crime. “Rape is rape,” says Garcia. “And marriage should not be an excuse for committing one of the most brutal and sadistic crimes.”
