deep cleaning shampoo with peeling effect

Our hair has one not at all wonderful property: it accumulates silicones, styling residues. This can cause hair loss if you don’t use a deep cleansing shampoo. We will tell you how to do it yourself.

Table of Contents

  • Soda – 2 tablespoons
  • Shampoo – 1 tbsp.
  • Orange essential oil – 1 tsp

Mix all ingredients. Add some drinking water and apply to damp hair. Leave it on for 5 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After that, apply conditioner to your hair, and at the end of the procedure, rinse it with a solution of apple cider vinegar. You can use this shampoo no more than once a month. Otherwise, you risk getting tangled, dull strands instead of shiny, flowing hair.

How it works?

All deep cleansing shampoos have a highly alkaline pH. This is necessary to slightly lift the scales and remove dirt. After using a mask or conditioner, they return to their normal position, continuing to perform a protective function. Deep cleansing shampoos range in pH from 9 to 14. They are not intended for daily use as this can lead to split ends. Soda is the same alkali. It reacts well with salts, removing them from the surface of the hair. In addition, it has a light peeling effect on the scalp, “dissolving” dead cells and sebum residues.

But we must not forget about safety rules. Always remember that there is medicine in the spoon, poison in the cup.
