Today I want to show you how I style a bob-square at home. And we will not talk specifically about styling a short haircut, but in general about styling hair, as in a hairdressing salon. We all leave the salon satisfied with the styling that the master made for us, and then what? It is worth washing your hair and hello styling at home.
After the past euphoria – haircuts from a master unknown to me in Paris – I returned to reality and wondered how to style the bob-bob by myself?
Yes, with long hair, everything is much easier – I gathered a ponytail and no styling for you.
A short haircut is a must. Remember this! Many people cut their hair short to save time, confident in the ease of styling. It actually takes an extra 10-15 minutes in the morning than long hair.
Therefore, I was puzzled by the search for a device that would save me from the tedious process of drying my hair with a hairdryer with a comb in my hands. Well, I don’t have the patience and time to style my hair like in a salon.
And on the Philips website, I came across a certain Philips HP8634 / 00 styler brush.
At first I thought it was a hairdryer, but it turned out to be a curling iron. Yes, one that performs the functions of a rectifier! I was able to check this on the set in Paris, when several models had to style naughty and wavy hair at once!
So, I can say with confidence that the curling iron copes with both long and unruly hair and short haircuts!
How I style a bob square at home in 5 minutes
The uniqueness of the curling iron is in the presence of a mechanism that allows you to remove the cloves at the moment when the curl is ready. This eliminates unnecessary “pulling” hair and tangling, while maintaining the shape of the curl.
The presence of two modes at first disappointed me, I wanted to see at least 3-4. But in my work, I was convinced that the two modes cope with their tasks. One of them is suitable for thin hair, and the other for thick hair.
This is how I lay a bob square at home in 5 minutes. I take a curling iron and comb it through my hair, slightly curling the ends.
I think the difference is obvious, isn’t it?)
With her, I can create volume at the hair roots. To do this, I take a separate strand, substitute a curl under it and wait a couple of seconds. This is the way out for those with long bangs that need extra volume.
This styling takes 5 minutes if we talk about a bob-square and a little more for long hair!
No other device has allowed me to save so much time on styling with such an obvious result.
How do you like the result of styling a bob-caret with “before” and “after”?
